Born in Brixton and longing for home, this colourful ink drawing explores the alignment of my writing, drawing and yoga practice.
Beginning with life in the garden, in deep meditation and sun salutation, it moved through into the night - into a more imaginative space, where a cathartic and truthful expression took place.
The piece cultivated the phrases ‘Everybody Wants To Be A Cat’ and ‘The Time Is Now’, which are now evolving into conversations and curatorial ideas for exhibitions taking place in Brighton & Hove soon.
Ink on Indian Paper, 2025

£300 Printed A1 on 220gsm Smooth Natural White with Tin Dogs LTD.
